This Privacy Policy explains how Mifeng VPN (referred to as "this Service" or "we") collects, uses, stores, and protects necessary information when you use the mobile application (the "App"). We process data based on minimization, transparency, and security.

When you download and launch the App, the system may collect necessary operational data, including Internet Protocol (IP) address, device operating system version, in-app access paths, crash logs, and session duration. To recommend more appropriate VPN routes, we may process approximate device location information. This data is used for: 1. Route recommendations based on Mifeng VPN node distribution; 2. Performance optimization through anonymized aggregate diagnostics; 3. Service communication such as important updates, security notices, or account messages sent through your reserved email or username.

We only transmit aggregated or anonymized data to necessary third-party service providers, such as Google Play Services and Firebase, for crash analysis, statistics, and feature improvement. Except in the following cases, we do not share personal information: 1. Legal process or regulatory requirement; 2. Protection of user safety or investigation of fraud; 3. Cooperation with entrusted service providers under confidentiality obligations. To stop new data collection, remove the App through your device's standard uninstall process.

User-provided data will be retained during the service period and for a reasonable grace period afterward. If you need to cancel your account early and delete your personal profile, contact our privacy team via [email protected]. The App is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from that group. If such data is discovered, we will start deletion procedures. Guardians may contact us through the same email. We use necessary physical, electronic, and administrative safeguards to protect data confidentiality.

This Privacy Policy may be updated due to regulatory requirements or business adjustments. Please review this page regularly; continued use after changes are published means you accept the revised policy. This policy takes effect on October 4, 2025.
